Women's Self Defence
Our Womens Krav program is a great way to learn the practical and effective self defence techniques that Krav Maga teaches in a female students only environment. In these sessions you will learn the necessary self defence skills, build your fitness and gain confidence all whilst having positive and fun collaboration.
These classes are suitable for teens and adults of all ages and all fitness levels. Whether you are brand new to Krav Maga or have any martial arts experience, these sessions are a warm friendly environment to learn self defence and develop.

These sessions can be booked by request only and can be customised to suit for either one on one Personal Training, or small group sessions.
