Personal Training

Personal training or small group sessions are available to be booked with John Cousseris. These are a great way to fast track your progress, improve and work on any specific techniques or areas of the syllabus not being covered in the group classes at that time. The focus of the sessions can be split between strength training, general fitness, fighting fitness, and self defence techniques at your personal request.

Prices for personal training and small group sessions are based on 45 minute sessions as follows: ‍ 

1-on-1: $65

1-on-2: $100

1-on-3: $130

1:on-4: $150

You can also book a pack of 5 or a pack of 10 sessions to save more!
